We have kits for Skilled, Skilled-Sponsored, Partner and Parent immigration.
Each Kit contains:
- Information about the requirements to lodge a valid application that complies with the requirements of the Immigration Act 1958
- Current application forms – if the form you use is out of date, your application will be deemed invalid by DIAC.
- An Application Document checklist
- Information about:
- Forms, fees and charges
- Identity documents
- Health requirements
- Character requirements
- Age requirements
- Qualifications, experience and skills (where relevant)
- Other requirements, depending on the visa type
- Instruction on how to obtain police certificates/clearances, and undertake DIAC-compliant medical examinations
- Contact details of the organisations and government bodies you will need to consult during the application preparation process.
